Up and out early, little feet in tow and wellies on, we got about exploring Castleton, walking the quiet streets, jumping in puddles and watching the ducks before most people were out of their toasty warm houses. Beating the crowds always gives a different perspective on a place, we pretty much had the place to ourselves – just as well with small child on the loose with running on her mind.
